Shipping & Returns

KiwiKeebs Macro

We aim to ship all our in-stock items within 2-3 business days of us receiving all the parts. For bulk or multiple orders, we will try to ship as a single package to save on postage. Royal mail tracked postage is our preferred method of shipping.

As this is a DIY kit we only accept returns within 30 days of delivery when the item is in 100% original condition with no signs of use/assembly whatsoever.

Switch Prints

NOTE: If you are ordering from outside the UK and select a shipping option which is not tracked I cannot be liable for any loss this is at your own risk. If you don’t receive your item after a reasonable period of time however please reach out and I will do my best to help!

We have now added route protection as an option, use this if you are using an un-tracked service where possible!

International Orders

You will find the list of countries we ship to at checkout. If you are unable to find a postage option please contact us, and we will see if we can help. Any taxes or import regulations from within your country of residence lie with the customer.

Refunds

We do not accept refunds on any of our group buys, if you need a refund desperately however please get in touch and I will help where possible.
