KiwiKeebs MacroBoard V1 – 3D Printed Kit

What is it?

This is the kiwikeebs macro board kit you know and love, but with a 3D printed case in various colours!

The board is a 6 key macro board with integrated rotary encoder (and button). Button configuration works flawlessly with the online QMK Configurator so you can program it to do whatever you need! The rotary encoder rotation is not currently supported by the online QMK Configurator, but you can custom compile this to do whatever you want using QMK on your computer. The board will ship as default with media keys and volume control on the knob as standard ready for you to customise.

Both the body and the control knob 3D printed and honestly look awesome! The colours really pop. They are however not 100% perfect as a CNC part would be but I am super happy with the finish!

The board supports 5 pin Cherry MX switches and a Micro USB for connecting to your PC through a Pro Micro.

This is a limited run of 20 kits.

What do I get?

You will receive the following:

• 1 x 3D Printed Casing
• 1 x 3D Printed Knob
• 1 x Rotary Encoder
• 1 x PCB
• 1 x PCB Top Plate
• 1 x Pro Micro + Pins
• 7 x Diodes
• 1 x KiwiKeebs Sticker
• All the stand offs and bolts needed

There will be clear instructions on where to solder and what and how to flash QMK using the online configurator with your own custom keymap. All solder jobs are through hole so no fiddly SMD parts.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to source your own 6 x Cherry MX switches, keycaps and micro USB cable 🙂

Manufacturing

I have parts on order for these kits and have a manufacturer for the 3D printed cases which will start production as soon as the GB is sold out
